Since the start of the I-Payout service for affiliate programs last August, which was later referred to as EMC2Payouts, the below companies or their affiliated companies have, at all times held or controlled all wallet funds, software, and data.  At no time whatsoever has EMC2 held or controlled any funds, bank accounts, software, data, or had any management  or  operating control of the program.  EMC2 was a referral source only, for International Payout Systems, Inc., (known as I-Payout) and later, International Payout Services, GmbH.

Since late February of 2011, EMC2 has had no access to program reports or data, and has had very little contact with International Payout Systems, Inc…  Therefore, to clarify any confusion about where and how to get a reconciliation on any remaining funds in e-wallet accounts,  International Payout Systems, Inc., and International Payout Services GmbH, are the only parties that can provide this information and assistance.

We have recently been provided with information from those companies indicating that they are working to reconcile final funds and pay out final funds on account in as timely a period as possible.  We will continue to monitor and try to assist where we can.
